To lead a focused brand refresh and marketing strategy shift to strengthen the company’s retail presence and overall cohesion.

My work included:

  • Refining the brand’s visual identity and messaging to create consistency across social media, website, and in-store touchpoints.

  • Building a clearer marketing and content strategy to better support key campaigns and seasonal sales.

  • Improving Shopify user experience and product positioning to increase retail visibility and customer engagement.

Through this work, I helped bridge the gap between wedding floristry and everyday retail, creating a stronger and more confident brand presence well known in the Wānaka region and beyond.
